Welcome to my online home.  I am the founding member of the Computer Science Program at Bard College and have been mentoring Bard students since the fall of 1999.

I am also the Director of the Bard College Laboratory for Algebraic and Symbolic Computation (ASC).  The ASC Lab is committed to the application of automated deduction and knowledge management technologies to mathematics.   Areas of current interest within the laboratory include the computational structure theory of finite quandles and applications of the Semantic Web to mathematical knowledge management.
